Pennsylvania Racehorse Rehoming, Rehabilitation and Rescue (PARR) based in Harrisburg is seeking donations for the continued care of racehorses.
Winter is a difficult time for the organization due to mud, uneven ground and cold temperatures. Currently there are only three board members and a handful of volunteers to help care for the horses.
