Faith Fellowship of York County, 530 Mulberry St., York, announced the arrival of its new pastor, the Rev. Dixie Bearden Ford. She and her family relocated from Birmingham, Ala., to accept her new position at Faith Fellowship.
Ford received a bachelor's degree in music education and taught in public schools for five years before entering the McAfee School of Theology. After receiving a Master of Divinity in May 2008, she was employed in Alabama as a minister of worship and families as well as a children's pastor.
