Positive Change Conference Set

Compass Mark and Millersville University will co-host the Positive Change Conference on Wednesdays, Oct. 20 and 27. The virtual conference is supported by the Lancaster County Drug & Alcohol Commission and is open to professionals and community members interested in the topics of mental health, substance use, and prevention.

The conference theme, "Zooming Out: Mapping the Path Ahead," will examine how people can best deliver services that are informed and aligned with the impacts of the pandemic at both the individual and community levels. Presentations will include "Loss & Grief: A Modern Lens for Practical Interventions" by Tami Micsky and "Hold the Space: Validating the Collective Trauma Experiences of Youth and Families During COVID-19" by Leah Mundy-Maher.
