Compass Mark is partnering with Millersville University to host the annual Positive Change Conference on Wednesday, Oct. 28. This virtual conference is supported by the Lancaster County Drug and Alcohol Commission, and is open to social workers, educators, addiction and mental health counselors, probation officers, students, and community members.
This year's conference theme, "Collective Restoration," addresses major changes to the ways that helping professionals work with their clients and students resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and other societal stressors. The opening keynote, "Creating a Healthier Normal in the Time of COVID-19," will be delivered by Susan Tarasevich, who holds a Doctor of Education.
