The Lancaster County Postcard Club will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 17, at the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster. The program for the evening will be a "Members Market," and the postcard competition will be "Ethnic."
