Ellen Olsen and Tabitha Shilalo from Global Aid Network (GAiN) will give a presentation at Fairmount, 333 Wheat Ridge Drive, Ephrata, on Wednesday, May 22, at 1:30 p.m. The event will be held in the Crest View Gathering Room on the east side of the Fairmount campus.
Olsen and Shilalo will share about GAiN's mission and strategy to relieve suffering, restore dignity, and reveal hope around the world through three focuses: clean water, food and agriculture, and critical aid. They will share personal stories from international travel.
Olsen joined GAiN as an intern in 2015. She currently manages GAiN's vision and women's health programs and travels with the packing event team. Shilalo, originally from Kenya, is a new staff member with GAiN, managing volunteer projects, especially those focused on women's health.
