Program To Focus On Pawpaw Trees

Governor Dick Environmental Center, 3283 Pinch Road, Mount Gretna, will host an In Search of the Pawpaw Patch program on Saturday, Sept. 28, at 1 p.m. Attendees will take a walk to look for pawpaw trees and learn about their fruit and the wildlife that benefits from the tree.

The program is free and open to the public. Preregistration is required by contacting 717-964-3808 or governordick@hotmail.com and providing a name and phone number.
