The YMCA of the Roses will launch three virtual programs to address individuals' and families' challenges with Alzheimer's disease. The programs will be presented through a partnership with the Alzheimer's Association.
The YMCA of the Roses will offer "10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's," starting on Wednesday, March 2; "Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia," beginning on Monday, March 7; and "Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body," starting Tuesday, March 15. These 30- to 60-minute virtual classes will be led by a certified YMCA facilitator. Each session will include question-and-answer opportunities for discussion and will provide participants with up-to-date information regarding the session's topic.
