Quarryville Library Center, 357 Buck Road, Quarryville, will hold a chicken barbecue, plant sale and book sale on Saturday, April 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place rain or shine.
The cost of a meal includes a barbecued half-chicken, Herr's potato chips and a bottle of water. The chicken will be cooked by members of Wakefield Lions Club who have over 30 years of experience with this task.
