Eastern York Recreation Authority is sponsoring the program "Recycled Paper Revelations!" on Wednesday, Aug. 14, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Lower Windsor Township Social Hall. At this free program for people age 6 and up, participants will make their own recycled paper.
