A ribbon cutting event will take place at the Hershey Public Library, 701 Cocoa Ave., Hershey, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22. The event will feature free ice cream from 1 to 3 p.m. as well as socially distanced family activities, including bubbles and grab-bag activity kits. Visitors may also tour the new Family Entrance, Teen Space, and Storytime Room.
