Historic Salem United Church of Christ (UCC) will host its Olde Salem Craft Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 2, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the rear building at 324 Walnut St., Columbia.
Items for sale will include handmade soaps, bowling pin snowmen and penguins, jewelry, bookmarks, Christmas tags, canvas art, pour paint pictures, handmade Christmas ornaments, Mary Kay products, Thrown pottery, succulents, herbal products, quilts, wall hangings, table runners, and mug rugs.
Giveaway drawing items will include themed baskets, featuring themes such as Legos, cat items, local businesses, gift cards, and chocolate. A table of new and gently used Christmas products will be set up.
This year, children may visit the Kid's Corner to make and wrap gifts. The Kid's Corner will also include a lollipop tree, a photo booth, and more.
The church will offer a lunch of homemade soups, including chicken corn soup, and sandwiches. Available baked goods will include peanut butter balls, small pies, pumpkin bread in a jar, old-fashioned sugar cookies, dirt pudding, chocolate chip cookies, and fudge. Takeouts will be available.
All proceeds from the bazaar will be used for Salem's building upkeep and outreach projects.
