The marriage of Ashley Jennings and Henri Sanders took place on Nov. 24, 2018, at the Chapel at The Hill School in Pottstown. Ahmad Ibrahim officiated at the 3 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of William and Bonnie Jennings of Honey Brook. She graduated from Twin Valley High School in 2004 and later the Community College of the Air Force and the Defense Language Institute at the University of Maryland. She is employed by Baltimore County Public Schools.
The groom is the son of Emerson Sanders of Elkridge, Md., and Joanne Kennell of Baltimore, Md. He graduated from The Hill School in 2002 and Morgan State University.
The maid of honor was Megan Jennings, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Suzanne Stafford and Shala Liberty Baugh. The flower girl was Norah Sanders, niece of the groom.
Serving as best man was Daniel Simms. Groomsmen were Marshall Porter, Jack Campbell, and Tyler Semanski.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She carried a bouquet of burgundy calla lilies.
The reception was held at Sunnybrook Ballroom in Pottstown.
The couple now resides in Halethorpe, Md.
