A program in the Regional History Colloquium series will take place on Thursday, Nov. 14, in Ryder Hall at LancasterHistory, 230 N. President Ave., Lancaster. The program will feature Penn State University scholar and author Dr. Cathleen D. Cahill, who will speak on the history of women's suffrage in a lecture titled "Native American Women and the Right to Vote." A speaker's reception and book signing by the author will take place at 4 p.m., followed by the main presentation at 4:30 p.m.
