Students in the Elizabethtown Area School District recently benefited from the Teachers Rock campaign of The Cellular Connection (TCC), a local retailer of Verizon Wireless. Through the initiative, the district was presented with 10 boxes of school supplies.
East High Street Elementary School principal Kari Druckenmiller, East High Street Elementary School assistant principal Amy Secor, and East High Street Elementary School second-grade teacher Andrea Styer and her students accepted the supplies on behalf of the district. A variety of items were donated, including glue, pens, pencils, notebook paper, and more. Presenting the items to the district were Ryan Slayton, TCC store manager, and Euronel Silva, TCC team member.
