Paradise Elementary School recently received a visit from Curt "Dr. Recess" Hinson, a former teacher and now author and founder of the Dr. Recess program. Hinson provided two assemblies for all the Paradise students in kindergarten through grade six.
After the assemblies, Dr. Recess attended every recess to continue showing learners and staff members how to have fun while working toward creating a "trouble-free playground." The students and staff members continue to use the activities during recesses each day.
