The Donegal High School Class of 2024 will sponsor the school's first-ever community Easter egg hunt event from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, by the school's football stadium, 1025 Koser Road, Mount Joy. Children in grade three and younger may hunt for eggs at 5:30 p.m., and those in grade four and up may search at 6 p.m.
Along with the Easter egg hunt, the event will include a spring carnival. School clubs will run stands offering face painting, carnival games, food, and a photo booth. Various prizes and giveaway drawings will be offered throughout the event. There is a nominal fee for the egg hunts, and carnival stands will have individually determined rates.
