The Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development, Lancaster County-based provider of pediatric therapy services throughout central Pennsylvania, has announced the first major gift in its effort to take the Schreiber Endowment Fund to the next level.
Atlee Hall, a Lancaster-based law firm, intends to donate $10,000 in the Atlee Hall Drive to $1 Million Challenge. Schreiber created the fund in 2014, and in a little more than four years Schreiber has grown the fund to about $800,000.
It has set a goal of reaching $1 million by June, which is the fifth anniversary of the start of the fund. The Schreiber Endowment Fund is part of the organization's strategy to strengthen its long-term financial position.
The Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development is a nonprofit organization that offers innovative therapy, education and recreation resources for children, teenagers and young adults. For more information, readers may visit http://www.schreiberpediatric.org.
