"Science Fair," a documentary film by National Geographic, will be shown in the SciDome Theater at North Museum of Nature and Science, 400 College Ave., Lancaster, on Monday, Sept. 30, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Made possible by a donation from National Geographic, this showing of the award-winning 2018 documentary is free and open to the public. In it, filmmakers follow nine high school students from around the globe as they compete at the annual International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).
This event coincides with the opening of registration for the North Museum Science and Engineering Fair (NMSEF). The NMSEF is Lancaster County's only ISEF-affiliated fair, and the top two students will compete in the International Science and Engineering Fair in Anaheim, Calif., in May 2020.
