Scouts Plan Spaghetti Dinner

Mar 23, 2019 - 4:30 pm

Boy Scout Troop 65 Hershey will hold its annual spaghetti dinner on Saturday, March 23, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 212 Cocoa Ave., Hershey. The church is located at the corner of Cocoa and Granada avenues.

The menu will include spaghetti with homemade meatballs, as well as Grandpa D'Amico's homemade sauce; his grandson is a former Scout. Also included will be salad, rolls, and beverages. Gluten-free meatballs and spaghetti will also be available. Desserts will be offered by donation.

Dine-in and takeout options will be available. Separate prices have been set for adults and for children ages 5 to 12. Children under age 5 may eat for free. Tickets may be purchased at the door.

Proceeds from the event will support the troop's equipment and activities fund. Funds are used to assist those in need in paying for summer camp. Additionally, Scout families often purchase dinner tickets that are donated to area families in need through the Hershey Food Bank.
