York County History Center, 250 E. Market St., York, will present its Second Saturday program, "The Souls of Black Baseball," on Saturday, April 13, at 10:30 a.m. The program will feature Dr. Robert Allen as he shares memories of the hardships and joys of the game as they were told by the players and participants of the Negro League Baseball.
