The center would like to host a checkers tournament for members and nonmembers. Interested individuals are asked to call the center by Tuesday, July 9.
A Veterans Services officer will be at the center on Wednesday, July 10, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. All veterans of any age can make an appointment.
Smoothies will be sold to benefit the center at the Stewartstown Carnival from Monday, July 15, through Saturday, July 20, from 6 to 10 p.m. The carnival will be held at the community fairgrounds, and the center will have a stand.
