On Wednesday, June 19, the aerobics class will meet in the Community Building at the fairgrounds. At the senior center, Mary Ellen will be available to assist anyone who would like to paint ceramics. Participants may request specific items to paint. Table and Wii games will be available throughout the day. The bridge club will meet at noon, and the regular card party will begin at 1 p.m.
On Thursday, June 20, Barb will lead her aerobics class in the Community Building at the fairgrounds. At the senior center, to welcome the first day of summer, there will be a public breakfast of chipped beef, home fries, scrambled eggs, pancakes and breakfast casserole with juice, coffee or tea, all for a set price. A nurse will be available to check weights and blood pressures. Kings in the Corner will be played at 9:30 a.m. Wii and table games will be available throughout the day. Chair yoga will start at 10:30 a.m. The art class and the Hand and Foot group will both meet at noon.
On Friday, June 21, various table and Wii games will be available throughout the day. Center members will be going to Central York High School to participate in Wii Bowling in the Senior Games. Bocce ball will begin at 10:30 a.m. for those remaining at the center. Bingo will be played after lunch.
On Monday, June 24, Barb's aerobics class will meet in the Community Building at the fairgrounds. At the senior center, various table games will be available after lunch. The movie for the day will be "A Dog's Way Home."
On Tuesday, June 25, Barb's aerobics class will be held in the Community Building at the fairgrounds. At the senior center, table games will be available throughout the day. People are invited to bring a wrapped gift to play a game of Now You Have It, Now You Don't. After lunch, Doug will be available to assist with computer issues. Volunteers will go to Manor Care to assist with bingo. The pinochle group will meet at noon. The fourth diabetes class will begin at 1 p.m.
