David and Lisa Siegel of York have announced the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Kay Siegel of York, to Victor Louis Dunkle of Sykesville.
The bride-elect graduated from West York Area High School in 2015 and attends HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, with an expected graduation date in 2020.
Mr. Dunkle is the son of the late Scott Dunkle, who resided in Pottsville. He graduated from Century High School in 2012 and YTI in 2014. He is employed by Matthews International Casket Division in York.
A November wedding is planned.
