York County SPCA volunteers recently delivered dog and cat food to area senior centers and the York County Food Bank. The York County SPCA, through its Pet Pantry, provides free dog and cat food to area seniors and low-income families to help those with cats and dogs keep their pets.
By sharing cat and dog food with individuals and families in need, the pets will stay with their owners versus either going to live with a friend or being surrendered to the York County SPCA or another similar organization.
