St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 27 E. Main St., Mount Joy, will provide a free chicken and pasta casserole dinner on Sunday, Oct. 18, from 4 to 5 p.m. In addition to chicken and pasta, the home-cooked meal will include a vegetable, bread and butter, applesauce, and a dessert.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the dinners will be available for takeout only. People receiving the meals are asked to drive to the rear of the church where they will remain in their vehicle, open their car door, and wait while a volunteer puts the meals in the vehicle.
Although there is no cost for the dinner, reservations are requested so that the church can provide enough food. To make reservations, readers may call the church office at 717-653-5493 by Thursday, Oct. 15.
