Victoria Anne Stoltzfus of Atglen and Nathan Andrew Bromley of Atglen, together with their parents, have announced their engagement.

The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Zonya Stoltzfus of Atglen. She graduated from a homeschooling program.

The groom-to-be is the son of Cliff and Tammie Bromley of Atglen. He graduated from Octorara Area High School.

An Aug. 24 wedding is planned.
