Three students from Lower Dauphin High School have been accepted to participate in the ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) program this school year. These students are senior Samantha McGowen, sophomore Cali Mease and ninth-grader Tamilore Bello.
The ACE program takes place after school, with students from Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, and York counties meeting with mentors to discuss principles in design and construction, from contracting and engineering to architecture and landscaping. Each student will also design a community built of shipping containers for this year's individual project.
