Middle school students at West Fallowfield Christian School (WFCS) recently donated handmade blankets to Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honey Brook. The students worked on the blankets for about 45 minutes each week during their clubs.
The middle school at WFCS has new clubs every quarter. Students are encouraged to pick a club to participate in and learn something new. The idea of making something to give back to the community began two years ago with middle school teacher Kimberly Smith. In the past, the club has donated to Nemours A.I. duPont Hospital for Children.
