The Smith Middle School Junior Envirothon team placed fourth out of 12 teams at the Lancaster County Junior Envirothon. Team members include Braedon Bickford, Jace Underwood, and Sam Zook.
According to team coach and teacher Gerald Boyd, in this year's event, students were tested on their knowlege of Pennsylvania's forests, including flora, fauna and forest features.
