A Stuff-A-Bus event will collect nonperishable food items for Community REACH Inc. and its summer backpack program from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, in the Red Lion Area High School parking lot adjacent to Horn Field. The program provides food for children in the Dallastown, Red Lion, and Eastern school districts. Individually packaged items are preferred, but all donations will be accepted.
A variety of activities will also take place, including games, crafts, face painting (from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.), music, and more. Food will be available. The Girl Scouts of Pennsylvania STEM Mobile will be on-site from 9 a.m. to noon, and a free baseball clinic will also be offered at 5:45 p.m. at Horn Field.
