The Suicide Prevention Coalition of Lancaster County will host an educational presentation by the Lancaster/Lebanon staff from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. The program will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at Lancaster Vet Center, 1817 Olde Homestead Lane, Suite 207, Lancaster.
The presentation will provide an overview of the services offered at the Lancaster and Lebanon Veteran Centers. It will discuss the option of Mental Health America's free guidance and support available to help navigate residents through the mental health system locally, including how to access local support services, as well as crisis intervention teams, that work within in the county.
