The No Longer Alone Family Support Group, supported by Landis Communities, will meet virtually on Sunday, March 28, from 3 to 5 p.m. via Zoom.
The guest speaker for March will be Janelle Bitikofer, MSW, LCSW, who is a licensed mental health and addictions counselor and educator with more than 20 years of experience assisting individuals and families. Bitikofer is the author of "Streetlights: Empowering Christians to Respond to Mental Illnesses and Addictions." Her presentation on "Self-Care" will be followed by a time of sharing.
The monthly meetings provide a place for those who have a loved one living with mental illness to learn and share their experiences.
