Tenfold Promotes Thorsen

Tenfold announced that Jake Thorsen will be promoted to chief impact officer when current chief impact officer Shelby Nauman takes the helm as chief executive officer on May 27, in light of Mike McKenna's resignation announced earlier this year. Since 2018, Thorsen has served as the director of SoWe, an initiative of Tenfold, aimed at transforming the SoWe (southwest) neighborhood of Lancaster city so it is safe, clean, attractive to economic investment, and welcoming to residents and visitors.

As chief impact officer, Thorsen will play a prominent role in every area of the organization, overseeing all internal program operations and ensuring the quality, integrity, and improvement of Tenfold's services and programs. Tenfold is committed to working together to multiply its impact, and the chief impact officer is critical to fostering a culture of deep collaboration internally and externally.

Nauman, Thorsen, and the SoWe team will work together to ensure a smooth transition and will begin the process of hiring a new SoWe director who will report to Thorsen.

Tenfold offers a broad continuum of services to address homelessness, affordable rental housing, homeownership, and the creation of new housing units through Tenfold Community Lending. To learn more, visit http://www.WeAreTenfold.org.
