Eric Tlumach and Rachael Nolt have been selected as April's Seniors of the Month at Manheim Central High School (MCHS). The Manheim Women's Club sponsors the Girls of the Month, and both Students of the Month are sponsored by the Rotary Club of Manheim. Students are chosen by the professional staff of the high school based on academic achievement, character and involvement within the school and community.
Eric, 18, is the son of Bogdan and Vera Tlumach of Lititz. He is involved in the dual enrollment program. He enjoys serving others, and he shares the Gospel with children in Reading. He plans to earn a degree that will allow him to become a mechanical and electrical technician.
Rachael, 18, is the daughter of Richard and Julia Nolt of Manheim. She has been recognized and achieved awards through the National Honor Society, Spanish Club and Spanish Honor Society. Additionally, she is a leader in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), captain of the basketball team and a member of the girls' volleyball team and Student Council. At Manheim BIC Church, Rachael leads worship for her youth group and is a small group student leader for Remix. She plans to attend Word of Life Argentina's Bilingual Bible Program for one year and then enter college to study either Spanish education or a subject in the medical field.
