The Kiwanis Club of the Lititz Area honored Beth Trachte, pantry coordinator of the Lititz Warwick Community Chest, with its third Kiwanis Heroes Award on July 13 at the Lititz Public Library. The event was attended by co-workers and Kiwanians.
Alan Stoeckle, president of Kiwanis Club of the Lititz Area, presented Trachte with the award and a donation to the Lititz Warwick Community Chest.
Kiwanis is an international organization with the sole mission of supporting children everywhere. Kiwanis Heroes is a program where the Kiwanis Club of the Lititz Area recognizes persons in the region who have been exemplary in their helping of children.
