Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center (HCPAC), 1000 S. Eisenhower Blvd., Middletown, will host a Trunk or Treat event on Sunday, Oct. 24, from 3 to 5 p.m. The event will feature free candy, treats, activities, music, games, and more. Concession food and beverages will also be available for a nominal fee.
