Welsh Mountain Health Centers (WMHC) invites the public to its 50th anniversary celebration dinner on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Inn at Leola Village, 38 Deborah Drive, Leola. WMHC formed in 1969 to serve people in need in the Welsh Mountain area. Since that time, programs have continued to expand to meet the ever-growing needs of the community.
