As its spring community project, Newcomers and Neighbors of Lancaster will collect items for Clare House, which provides transitional housing for mothers and their children who are in need of safety and support. The women's group will also continue its ongoing birthday cake program for children in shelters, where a personalized cake is delivered by a member to the shelter for a child having a birthday.
