The Derry Township Special Education Parent Advisory Council will hold a wreath-making fundraiser on Sunday, Nov. 17, from 3 to 5 p.m. at The Vineyard at Hershey, 598 Schoolhouse Road, Middletown. In addition, there will be giveaway drawings and a silent auction.
