The York County Economic Alliance (YCEA) will host the Business Achievement Award dinner on Thursday, July 25, at the Country Club of York, 1400 Country Club Road, York. The event will honor Bill Shipley, a local business chairman and operator. A reception will begin at 5 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6 p.m.
