The Southern Branch YMCA and YMCA Camp Discovery are currently accepting registrations for their summer camp, which kicked off on June 1.
Camp Discovery provides a camp experience for children ages 5 to 12. Staff provide a safe environment to enhance the core values of the YMCA, which include faith, hope, love, honesty, respect and responsibility. Camp Discovery activities for children include field trips, science lessons, swimming, sports, arts and humanities, and activities that are designed to help campers learn the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Children also have the opportunity to make friends.
