Millersville Senior Center, 222 N. George St., Millersville, offers a yoga class on Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m.
The class includes breathing exercise instruction, a gentle warm-up, and yoga postures that focus on muscle strength and flexibility. Students are able to work at their own pace. Participants are required to provide their own mats. The class is open to adults age 55 and older.
