Lancater-based folk singer-songwriter Matt Tarka will perform at Emmaus Road Cafe, 1886 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, on Saturday, Sept. 21. Doors will open at 7 p.m., and the music will start at 7:30 p.m.
